from Nuremberg – now also in Berlin

For over 20 years, our more than 40 employees have been executing global events for prominent
clients from our company headquarters in Nuremberg – either in the role of full-service provider or using individual service modules from our extensive portfolio.

In 2019, we established premises in Berlin so that we could offer our customers greater flexibility
and service. We implement all your event goals with creative and technical craftsmanship.
Thanks to our 1,200 square meters of warehouse space, we’re able to store all the necessary
materials and technologies in house.

Event
technology

Whether it’s corporate events, tradeshows, or live communication – from small executive board
meetings to 5,000-person conferences across Germany or Europe-wide – we do it all, and westock everything we need. High-end technologies for lighting, sound, presentation, and media production, including digital mixing consoles, high-resolution LED walls, frameless multi-touch displays,
powerful wireless microphones, teleprompters, cameras, speaker systems, stage and booth lights,
and VR goggles: We simply go to our warehouse and get what we need.

And whenever something new and impressive appears on the market, we add it to our collection.

Filming &
post-production

Moving images are the lifeblood of events. We provide everything from video openers and
promotional films to explanatory animations and cartoon clips. On request, we’ll also film right
on-site using our own camera and recording equipment, from live transmissions, streaming of
individual speakers, and podium discussions to entire conferences. We’ll also take to the air
to produce aerial shots, give 360-degree tours, film in 3D and 4K, produce videos documentary-style or staged, solicit statements and cut them together on our mobile editing stations – quickly,
professionally, creatively, and with effects ranging from 4K to 8K.

System
integration

People who keep up with the times are increasingly switching to audio, video, and shared desktop
conferencing. We equip your premises with the necessary technology and integrate all the disciplines in a convenient control app. Projectors, displays or screens, lighting, microphones, and roller blinds can be operated and automatically coordinated via an intuitive app interface featuring your corporate design – including wirelessly and using mobile devices. As a lessor of state-of-the-art event technology, we’re constantly adding to our already vast wealth of experience in the area of temporary structures. We’re fully versed in the operation of our devices and can quickly and easily supply
replacements from our warehouse, if necessary.

As a certified specialist company with standardized quality management, we use only high-quality
components. And with our specially trained personnel, we guarantee maximum reliability on
your project, no matter how complex the installation.

Technical
planning

The virtual and real worlds go hand in hand. Booths with intelligently designed technology,
special temporary structures, and compelling stage sets bring brand experiences into focus.
We animate them in advance with technical CAD drawings, 3D sketches, and virtually accessible models, including the structural analysis of all cross-beams and systems like lighting, sound, video, stages,
and suspensions. The foundation for a successful execution is solid planning.
